Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags or sleeves still attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks can only be returned if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used or worn socks unless they are faulty.
To start a return, contact us at contact.moeve@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs, duties, taxes, or handling fees connected with returning the parcel, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
